Wefluens (“Wefluens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a global talent agency and influencer-marketing company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our Careers site (the recruitment pages at this domain) — where you browse open roles, view a role’s detail page, and reach our hosted application form, and where you may send us feedback through the in-page “We’re listening” tool. Information we collect我们收集的信息

The Careers site is a browsing experience. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect job-application data on this site itself — when you apply, you are taken to our external application form (see “Applying for a role” below). • Feedback you send us — if you use the in-page “We’re listening” tool, we collect the category you pick (bug, idea, or other), the message you write, any screenshots or images you choose to attach, and the page language at the time. Applying for a role应聘岗位

Our job applications are handled on an external form hosted by Lark (Larksuite / Feishu, a ByteDance service). When you click “Apply Now” or “Open Application Form,” you leave this Careers site and the information you enter into that form — such as your name, contact details, résumé/CV content, and the role and format you’re interested in — is collected by Wefluens through Lark for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy. That collection is governed by this policy and the general Wefluens Privacy Policy, and Lark processes the data as our service provider under its own terms. We keep feedback messages and any attachments for as long as needed to act on them and to operate and secure the site, after which we delete or anonymize them. Application data is kept for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and, where relevant, to consider you for future roles or to meet our legitimate business and legal-record obligations. We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that limit data to staff and partners who need it, and file-type validation on uploaded images.
