Wefluens (“Wefluens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a global talent agency and influencer-marketing company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our Careers site (the recruitment pages at this domain) — where you browse open roles, view a role’s detail page, and submit an application, and where you may send us feedback through the in-page “We’re listening” tool. Information we collect我们收集的信息

We do not ask you to create an account to browse roles or to apply. Job applications are submitted and stored on this site itself (see “Applying for a role” below). Here is what we collect:浏览岗位或投递申请都不需要注册账号。应聘申请由本站自己接收并存储（见下文“应聘岗位”）。我们收集的信息如下：

• Your application — if you submit the application form, we collect the role and commitment you apply for, your name, email address, phone or WeChat ID, any portfolio or social links you add, the optional note you write, and the CV file you upload. Applying for a role应聘岗位

Applications are submitted on this site and stored by Wefluens. Your details are held in our database and your CV in private file storage, both operated for us by Supabase as our service provider; the site and form are served by Cloudflare. Your CV is not publicly accessible — it can only be opened by a signed-in member of the Wefluens talent team, through a link that expires after a few minutes. We use application data solely to assess and contact candidates. AI-assisted screening. When an application arrives, we send the CV and the details you submitted to Anthropic’s Claude API, which produces a written summary and notes how your application reads against that role’s hiring criteria — the requirements published in the job description, and in some cases additional internal criteria we use for that role. This is a reading aid for our team: it does not score you against other candidates, and no application is ever rejected, ranked or shortlisted automatically — a person reads every application and makes every decision. Anthropic processes the data as our service provider and does not use it to train its models. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: your consent (which you give by choosing to send feedback or submit an application); steps taken at your request prior to any employment relationship; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site and in recruiting; and compliance with law. • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — including Cloudflare (site hosting, content delivery, and security), Supabase (the database and file storage holding feedback messages, attachments, applications and CVs), and Anthropic (the Claude API that produces the AI-assisted application summary described in Section 3). Data retention数据留存

We keep feedback messages and any attachments for as long as needed to act on them and to operate and secure the site, after which we delete or anonymize them. Applications are kept for 12 months from the date you submit them, so we can consider you for roles that open after the one you applied for. At 12 months an automated job deletes your CV file and clears your name, contact details, links and note; only anonymous figures (the role, the date, and the summary band) remain for our own hiring statistics. We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that limit data to staff and partners who need it, and file-type validation on uploaded images. Cloudflare may set cookies strictly necessary for security.
